Good day

I am extremely frustrated by Mtn, and their service department.

I normally upgrade my contract at MTN store at Game complex in Klerksdorp somebody from MTN phoned me the line was very faint, he informed me that he will upgrade me and will arrange for a new instrument up to know I did not receive the new instrument and also my contract amount was R398 per month that I do not have a problem with.

I have not received any documentation for the upgrade I have no clue to what did they upgrade me. No idea what is my monthly contract fee. Since then they have deducted from my account, R700 something rand, then again R500 something rand.

At this stage, nobody can give me answers, I have phoned and emaile them constantly with no proper response. I am going into the bank monthly to reverste these debit orders, whics is costing me effort and money.

How can I pay for something that I did not receive, and how come the amounts are so high?

This is going on for three months, and I am at my wits end.
