I laid a complaint on the 30th September, thinking that Cell C actually will do something if someone actually puts a complaint on Hello Peter, but they actually are so bad they don't even worry about it. Two weeks after my initial complaint on the 30th Sept, someone called me to say that they will take my complaint up with someone (as they have promised so many times before) and that someone will actually do something about it and get back to me... NOTHING HAPPENED AS USUAL. I still cannot connect to the internet on my cell phone contract most of the time, and every second day I cannot send an sms. I use my phone for business and need to be able to have internet access at home. Every second call I am on gets dropped. On Friday I spoke to someone, a very important call, and my phone call was dropped over 5 times!!! They just don't care abut it, because you are locked into a contract, so if you don't pay they just black list you just like that. I will have to report this to a higher authority, but to who???
