I am extremely unhappy with the inefficiency and resultantly predicament that I am now finding myself in with this situation with 8ta.

I received an sms informing me that I have a judgement against me from the 8 ta contract that never was. For the past two years I have been trying to remedy this situation, spent a lot of my time on the phone trying to understand what it was I was supposed to do to get some VVM lawyers off my back. To this day I have never had an 8ta agent get back to me on my issues of concern.

According to my knowledge of my rights as a consumer, I am entitled to 5 days cooling off period where a contract of sale has been initiated and concluded outside the premises of the seller. I was approached by a company to take up a contact with 8ta, I accepted the offer. I was informed that my package would be activated in 24 hours, that never happened and as a result I cancelled the contract. I then made endless means to return the package, both to 8ta and to the company that delivered the package. 8ta was in breach of the contract that existed at the time due to failure perform as per the agreement.
