Autopage
Poor service

I went to Autopage cresta earlier this morning and had the misfortune of being attended by a Tebogo. About a month ago I upgraded and received a Samsun s4 mini. Yesterday the phone just went dead in the afternoon and when I switched it on again I found that all my information on the phone had disappeared (whatsapp, bbm, emails, contacts etc). Naturally I took it back to my service provider expecting some assistance. Instead a very disinterested Tebogo said that its not their issue and that he can't help me. Really Tebogo?? I am now sitting with a phone that had all my information erased for whatever reason and you tell me it's not your issue. Should have moved to Nashua mobile when I had a chance!!!
