Happy with assistance

Yesterday I posted a complaint regarding the service and the issue I had since 04/08/2013. I'm happy to say that Tebogo Matlala called me a few hours later to assist. What I liked about him is that he called me the whole time & kept me up to date about the progress.

I was very happy when I got home & everything was working 100%.
