One of the consultant phone me, I repeatedly confirmed that there will not be any registration fees n that I will be charged only the loan amount n interest. The pin and code was not received in the 48 hours as promised n I made alternative plans. This was about 3 months ago n my account is being debited for a loan I never took n registration fees that was never discussed with me. Every month I have to reverse this unauthorized debits. My request is PLEASE remove my details from your system n don't debit my account. If this doesn't stop, I will report u to the ombudsman.
