The worst service i have EVER received

I am beyond annoyed with Finrite Insurance and Edgars. My blackberry started giving me problems in April (the trackpad stopped working) and i sent it to EDGARS GATEWAY for repairs. The service i received from them was clearly a sign of things to come. They called me 6weeks later and left a message to say they couldnt repair the phone and i must come and fetch it. After this i called them about 4 times with the assistants passing the buck until i went into the store for an explanation, at this point 2mnths had passed. The guy who assisted me advised me to submit a claim as the phone was damaged by moisture which is covered in my policy. The claim was submitted in MAY and on the 22nd of JULY i received a call from PATRICIA TILOTSANE requesting proof of insurance. I sent her the documents i had and she promised to get back to me but never did. I had advised her that the phone was a replacement for another water damaged phone and that the consultant at Edgars West street had advised they would update the details of the new phone as it was a replacement. Monthly insurance fees are still being deducted from my Edgars acc. for a phone i no longer have. The worst service EVER!
