No response to Billing Enquiry

I have been a loyal satisfied customer, 5 years, until I received latest account for September Invoice

This is for a 24 month 2gb pm special promo Data subscription on Cell C, for a Galaxy Note 10.
This contract was at the Hillcrest KZN Autopage branch in April 2013.

Each month my amount should be approximately R351.00 pm per contract, & have basically been paying R371.50pm
This past Month my bill was R370.50. I have not used any data or calls past 8 weeks because I am outside South Africa on business, therefore no access or connection.

The details on the account make NO SENSE what so ever, for the increased charges!! certain charges were doubled
I contacted the Call centre at great expense 2x to have this resolved, my reference: A1310214215.

After TEN days I have not been contacted to explain what the problem is. I cannot accept that such a simple account can be so messed up.

I am disappointed with Auto Page with the lack of response which I was promised by Month end. Not expected!

My account now debited by Auto Page with this incorrect amount.
it is only R200 extra, but it is the principle here, Autopage are not rectified this problem.
