I have been with MTN for a number of years now. Every single month my contract payment is deducted via debit order. I have NEVER missed a single payment!! I have now receid a sms asking me to make payment into their ABSA account to avoid service suspension!!!

Does MTN know how to manage their accounts??? Does MTN think i just sit at home day after day waiting for like this??? Do you think i like waisting my time and fuel going to your shops trying to sort out which MTN caused???

When i phone their customer service, i only get a Zulu voice recording!!! i am not english speaking, but am prepared to deal with any matter in english, but REALLY in Zulu??? what percentage of people in South Africa is fluent in Zulu???

I am disgusted in the general service i have been getting from MTN with regards roaming on my phone! each person at any given MTN shop from Durban to Cape Town has their own version of what services one can and cant have whilst roaming!!! Dont you have a standard training for your staff??? i am already in a very bad mood the minute i step into a MTN shop!!! its easier dealing with a grade 1 child!!!

The overall MTN service is pathetic!!!
