NEVER ONLY ONCE

I have had to visit the Lakeside Mall vodacare quite a few times. And not once has my queries and repairs been done properly. The latest: I sent in my phone for repairs. Collected it today and quess what?!? I have to go back tomorrow as clearly NOTHING was done!!!
Apparently some part was replaced. If it was, then why is it still not working???

I dread going to vodacom as I know the staff members are always miserable and clearly can't do the job.

Seriously need to start working on who they employ and whether they have adequate skills
