Pathetic customer service!

This is my second complaint about the same person!
After the first complaint which he said he couldnt help me with, Shaun eventually did help me but now we having issues with the contact, and he is ignoring me again... I hate working with Altech Autopage and cell c... the service is pathetic and they do not get back to clients!
