I went Autopage Alcatech to buy a screen protector for my Blackberry. This shop has the monopoly in this very small town. They had stock & the Consultant put it on for me (or TRIED to) It took him almost 45 mins to fit the protector on my phone, which he messed up. I saw him rip it off and take another one out the pack of 2. I waited patiently for him to try the 2nd one and when it was time to pay, it was uneven and full of bubbles underneath, a shabby job indeed. I said I wanted my spare one, told him I was unhappy with his attempt. He said it is sold 1 per pack. Untrue, I bought a pack before. He checked with the Manager (Pieter or Peter), he had a very rude attitude and his words: ' That's the way it is, they must just pay and get it over with', and this in front of other clients! I thus paid R60 for 1 protector full of bubbles and all skew - It normally costs /- R49 for 2 (same brand). The man was not interested in my complaint. He is a rude man with an attitude and should be banned from working with the public, or directly reported to the Autopage. I would have gladly travelled the 45km to the next town and go to Vodacom - had I just known!
