Good day
Laast year september at about 1730 a consultant phoned and stated that they had a limeted offer running at first my fiance stated that she was not intrested but then agreed to this offer so the consultand said she wil send the new modems to our adress well as of september still nothing we received, couple of days ago we went to the nearest store to cancel these contrackts and the people stated again it can be done so we said that it is fine so we phoned head office and a lady called Catherene said on friday that its only forms we need to fill out, so yeasterday their new story is that it cannot be done and we upgraded september! So we paid for goods we didn't receive and then they missinformed us about the cancellation of the contracks, we didn't sighn any documents for the so called upgrade and yet we revieced nothing! I'm thinking of going to consumer councel in this matter due to I have sent several emails no reply or call! Hope get a response now
