One week and many an email later - STILL no help!

I applied for a contract with CellC on 7 October 2013 via the website. After applying, a consultant phoned me and assisted me in taking the contract out - Samsung Galaxy S3 mini with 100 free minutes and 150 mbs data monthly. I was told it would arrive in 7 to 10 days. After 10 days I sent two emails regarding when it would arrive but heard nothing. 16 days later the phone arrived however the delivery man knew nothing of having it Ricad upon delivery and when I emailed the consultant for help, once again, no response.. My colleagues friend works at CellC and when he looked into having it Rica'd I was told the sim card was faulty. I then purchased another one that night and had it Ricad the next day. A week later and my free minutes and data have still not been activated! I emailed the consultant for help again, he contacted me yesterday and said the minutes should be activated, I must perform a battery pull, if this doesn't work, I must email him and he will phone me back. This did not work, I did email him and still no response! Iv sent yet another email today and still NOTHING! Iv had this phone a week and have had no help with my problems despite countless emails and calls!
