On the 15 Decemeber 2012 I took out a Galaxy Tab Contract at the Key West branch in Krugersdorp. On the 17 th of December 2012 I had returned the Galaxy Tab and requested that it be canceled. The sales lady Sharees said it would take 7 days to cancel. I was then billed on the 20th for a contract I did not have. I then phoned Sharees and asked if she had canceled the contract to which she said that she had emailed headoffice on the 17th of December but they did not respond. This carried on into the new year. On the 9th of January 2013, I decided to call Cell C's headaoffice, they put me through to the call centre. I spoke to a black lady named priscilla, she had advised me that they did not receive an email on the 17th like Sharees claimed but on the 9th of January 2013. Till today it appears tha the contract has not been canceled and I'm being charged for a contract which I do not own. CELL C STOP MY MONEY
