How can you allow SMSNET on your platform?

Having been duped by SMSNET, charged on my account, and doing some investigation and seeing how many other people there are that has been affected, I would like to put the question to MTN on how they can allow fraudelent companies such as these to operate on their platform. This specific company blatantly breaks the law around the CPA act, and MTN just idly stands by and throw their hands in the air. I would like a statement from MTN stating that they are removing these companies from their platform, if MTN doesn't, then they agree that they are knowing and willing accomplices of.
