Very very poor signal in 3G network for internet

10 days back I purchased a Telkom Mobiles 3 G dongle with connection. My plan is 60 GB day and 60 GB night free for 1 year. But I am very depressed to see the speed of such connection even sometime it is as low as 2 Kb / sec.
