4 weeks later and still no assistance!!

MTN responded to my reprt REQ:2732830 on the 2nd October saying that query has been escalated to the Regional Management and that I would be advised on the outcome. It is now almost 4 weeks later and I have not heard from anyone!!!

How long is this going to take! I eventually went back to the branch and my laptop was taken and sent in for repairs. I was told to call them after 7 working days to follow up on the status, and was then told that there was a delay as my laptop was sent to the wrong place (head office instead of repair centre) but they got it back and it was now sent to the correct place. I was then told to call back after a few days. I called again on Wednesday the 23/10/13 and was told that the laptop has not been sent back to the branch yet and I should call back in a few days. When I asked if someone could call me back they said they would but if I don't hear from them I should call again.

I have now been trying to call them since yesterday and the number has been engaged every single time!!!

I need to find out how I can get out of this contract because I have never had such appalling service and I am disgusted to be associated with this network!
