BEWARE of Cell C contracts

The Cell C slogan: ANY Network, ANY Time, ANY Place is the BIGGEST . With a contract giving any time minutes, only LESS than 1 percent of the advertised places are accessible. UNLESS one purchases ADDITIONAL MONEY values, the Cell C contract DOES NOT allow access to the remaining 99 percent of all places. Any attempt to get Cell C to honour their commitment is fruitless, as all one ever gets is a reference no. and a statement: Cell C will look into the problem. Unfortunately this NEVER happens. Maybe it is time that ICASA investigates the current Cell C business practices, to ensure that clients get what they are paying for.
