Waiting for stock!

I applied for an additional contract at Mtn Promenade branch, 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for the phone (Samsung galaxy pocket), as they have been saying for 2 weeks they don't have stock. The service at this branch is pathetic. I have to phone them to find out what's happening. Even when I go to make a payment, I have to stand in a long line, just to pay. They don't have somebody that does payments which is stupid. Something really needs to be done about this branch because I'm getting fed up.
