I laid a complaint with Vodacom about a debit order on my account, I was given a reference number and asked to fax through various documents which I did. No further contact from Vodacom prompted me to post on here and they sprang into action again to help me. New reference number and again was asked to send through documentation and again I did so. Days later I was mailed back and apparently I sent it through in the wrong format, I redid the email and sent it through.
This morning I'm greeted with a sms that a debit from Vodacom was taken from my account, a larger amount then last time. They all the remaining money from my account.
This is completely unacceptable. I phoned them but could not be helped because the system was down.
How can this be legal?
