10 Months and No ADSL delivery

Hello,

I have applied for an ADSL in January already and its currently October and no service. I was sent some sms's stating my expected Service Delivery and it kept on moving from month to month. I had to personally call in to the Call Center to check on the status of Service Delivery and kept on getting the message that its with Networks and they have no further information. I was promised that someone would get back to me... which no one did. Apparently there was a project ongoing in my Estate but no feedback was given on how far along they were. I need the ADSL very urgently as I work from home, but this carries no weight with Telkom. I then resubmitted my Order again, and some technicians came out, with no manhole key to check the wiring and they said it will take a week to get the key. How can technical staff come to the customer so unprepared? I am really disappointed with Telkom!!!
