In Februrary i purchase 2 modem contracts from MTN Direct. I couldn't get it activated and take it to the local Mtn store to help me. Even they couldn't do it. They made 3 phone calls themself and could'n suceed I call Aiden before the 7 day period to cancel the contracts. They send a courier to collect it. They collect it on 7/3/2013 9h35 the morning. In the mean time they subtract the amount for the 2 modems from my account every month. I phone them on 5/3/13 and then on 6/3/13 and speak to Cobera and many more. The 1 person just transfer me from the 1 person to another. Since then i call them about 10 times and speak to Granny Malebane on 20/9/2013, Prince Gumede s0831233667. same day to Aiden, Charlene on 25/9/13 14h00 .Sameul on 29/9/2013 he say he will send his supervisor Maidi a email. Sashen on 29/9/2013 he tell me he will see that Maidie call me. On the 30/9/2013 i speak to Nuntoko and Athi Gravel and Nic Kuneon. On the 27 /10/2013 i visit my local MTN and ask again for help and they told me that MTN have handed me over to their legal department. 28/10/2013 I speak to Nkiledi at 011 9123000 and Mothemba of legal dept.
