Cell C
Charge for Giga 20 account over R4000

I did spoke to a Cell C agent again but I did not know if it was Ruth. From my previous report none of my questions was answered and the agent said that the matter will be transferred to their technical department to check my usage.

The fact of the matter if that this Giga 20 account was opened on the 18 of Feb 2013 and was ended on the 18 March 2013. One month and I need to pay over R4000 rand. Something is not right. I checked my usage for that period and it was less than 50gb and most of the time I logged on after 12 midnight. How could it be that I need to pay that much. Regarding the Cell C letter mailed to me I only need to pay R2286.30 and now Ruth send me the same statement again of R2469 which I have aready paid.

What I want is someone that can answer my questions in my previous report please, and check my payments to Cell C for this account 0744158970
