Disappointing service

Bought a Nashua machine under false promises that they will service it regularly if there is a problem as I took out a contract with them. Despite them deviously taking double payment, they still cannot send a technician over. Now we sit during Matric exams without a copier and unable to duplicate internal exam papers. Begging them doesn't help because they are heartless!
