R72000 Judgement for a 2nd hand faulty machine!

In June 2009 I approached Nashua for a quote to rent one of their photocopiers. Unfortunately, having had a judgement against my name they could not get financing for me through any bank nor through Nashua Finance. Subsequently they sold me a secondhand photocopier that, after 3 months, I requested they take back as it never, ever worked properly. A few months ago I acquired my credit report from TransUnion to find they had black listed me to the tune of R72, 000 which is a blatant lie. Nashua Finance have never heard of me and Nashua Rustenburg never return my request to send me this so called bogus rental contract. The lawyers they mention do not exist, Brits Magistrate have never heard of them.
