Good afternoon
On the 2nd January I contacted Multichoice Jhb to link my new PVR and also arrange insurance for my PVR. I completed the PVR linking and was then transferred to arrange insurance. I was cut off three times and then eventually got through to someone in client services who provided me with a text number to send a text and someone would contact me back. I sent the text and received a response on the 2nd Jan at 13:55 advising "You'll get so much more convenience with DSTv! No more waiting in queues, we'll be in touch with you shortly". Really - when, because today is the 16th and I'm yet to receive a response from DSTV.
