Tired of waiting & waiting & waiting

I purchased the UNISA/Cell C 3g deal for R600 (R100 pm for 6 months) on 12 September 2013. I have made NUMEROUS follow ups, spoke to various people, sent many emails and phone calls, logged an initial complaint on hellopeter, however I STILL do not have my free speedstick and neither is my 3G package activated. We are now siting on 25 October which is 43 days later! I find this to be my worst service experience ever! So much for being able to use my 3G to submit UNISA assignments etc... when its already exam time!
