Terrible service, terrible exam, terrible UNISA!!!

Once again I am disgusted by UNISA. Please if you are considering UNISA, look for an alternative! From day one you will only have headaches with this university. Just look at the HelloPeter statistics and you will clearly see the numerous complaints.
I have had several problems with one of my subjects this semester, PST312M. I sent numerous emails before and after the exam and never once received a reply. Not only did I have issues with some of the content covered but the exam itself had many mistakes.
Since UNISA is correspondence learning it is vital that lecturers reply to us! I took this matter up with the ombudsman and would really like to thank Ms Dikeledi Hlabangane for trying to sort this issue out. After many emails it seems as though lecturers don't even reply to the ombudsman. UNISA this is shocking!!! I am still waiting for a reply! Very very unhappy student.
