Mira our money!!!

I"ve just received my VODACOM account, my dongle joined Mira Networks, a charge of 200.00 is to be deducted off my bank account at the end of the month. I cannot afford such nonsense, how did my dongle join? Does Mira think my dongle likes naked videos, how did my dongle confirm its over 18? Why does our network just accept such input and place the charges on our accounts? No refund? When i call the numbers provided to me by Vodacom i am told goodbye by the computer voice when use the option to speak to a consultant. How can this be legal??? If Mira comments, perhaps they would consider leaving a number that works, 0861106472 is not such a numbe
