Cell C
Cell C will not cancel contract

I have been trying to end my contract the day it expires. I have been emailing and faxing the call centre but no one can seem to help me.

I keep receiving sms's and calls to upgrade the contract but no one seems to want to cancel it. I do not understand the problem and neither does cell c it seems.
