Most useless company in South Africa

Dear Telkom,

I know you don't care, but i am writing this report so that as many people as possible can see what a useless underhanded company you are. If i help to turn only 10 people away from using your service it will be a pleasure.

Every month from the 19th, my 2Mb ADSL account slows down to a 0.5/Mb account, a bit faster than a 384Kb line, but i still pay for a 2 Mb account. Tomorrow i wll be cancelling with you, I am so fed-up with your non-existent service, and your dont-care about your customers attitude. You really aren't a company that should have survived this long, and we all know why you have. In future i will do anything and everything to divert customers from you. You are like our government, totally useless.
