My cellphone got and lodged a claim with Nashua mobile centurion on the 4th October 2013. The only correspondence I have received was an email friday 18th October stating my claim is authorised. During this 3 week period I had to go into the store and ask for updates. No one looked remotely interested or actually happy to assist me. Every person I meet or see going out of that branch is unhappy or swears at them. I actually still don't know why I haven't got my phone yet! I have been a client of nashua mobile for the past 7 years. This is the first time I have actually used their services, and paying for it!! What is the cost of good service? I actually asked them to give the total amount due in order for me to cancel my contract and end their horrific service. I have still not received any feedback!! My account per month is more than R1000. 00, even the manager sits their and don't say anything. I am absolutely gobsmacked at the service levels, and ashamed to say I am their client.
