What a great experience - efficient Service?!

Everyone knows how Telkom can cause you to have a really bad experience. But I went to the Century City Shop in Canal Walk and was helped by Kim Van Niekerk. Quick, to the point, knew what she was talking about, gave me estimates on times that i can use as rough guide.
Definitely an asset to the company.
She should be promoted training people to be as good as her... at the very least! Anyone not as good as her should be fired - would change the brand perception within a year!
