I bought a galaxy x3 on contract few months back and decided to change my banking details after a month. As per my contract I called the customer service to update my banking details more then three times but funny enough the debit was still going through my old acc till they decided to suspent my phone and requested the payment to be done manually. The frustrating part was having to speak to agents who will tell you of differrent stories every time you call them. It even came to a point where I requested to speak to the manager who still failed to attand my case. After two months my phone was suspended again and its been 7 days without a phone that I'm paying for and unfortunantly can't. Get help because eveytime I calll the customer service they tell me it will take72 hous for case to be attended what's more dissapoiting the manager that I thot will assist was very arrogant and told to e-mail 8tacomplains if they is sothing I'm not happy about. The worse part is three different agent told the payment is reflecting on their side as the last debit was successful
