BAD REPAIR SERVICE ON INTERNET LINES

TELKOM has strengthened my resolve to believe in miracles... that never happen.

Since 22 September we have been phoning to complain about our ADSL line and the fact that it works like an indicator on a car - on, off - on, off, and so on!

When the phone does get answered - sometimes after as long as 2 hours of being on hold - you get told that it will be looked into - or there is no Problem.

Please TELKOM - get your act together and become a bit more caring about the people who pay your salaries!
