Friday 18th October, 12:33:33, I purchased a "dual sim" on my number, from MTN Bluff Towers
I provided, proof of residence, and ID
I was told activation would be 2 to 24 hrs

Saterday at 12:25 (24hrs later) no activation

I phone "808" at 12:29, the consultant can not see anything on the system for a "dual sim"
I phone MTN Bluff Towers at: 12:34, 12:35, 12:37, 12:49, 12:51, NO ANSWER
I arrange to leave work to investigate with the store

While waiting in the que, I phone the stores number, NO PHONE is heard ringing
I speak to Romona Amos, who processed my dual sim purchase, who only wants to say, that she tried to phone me, after hours. I received no Calls from her.
She needs a 2nd ID copy, thats why no activation!!
I ask her why she didnt tell me this in the store, "Oh, she didnt know"
Her Bimbo manager now gets involved, and solely defends Romona, that they tried to phone me!!???
I highlight to bimbo, that I also tried to phone the store numerious occasions, and her phone was not answered!! Bimbos reply is that she was busy with customers and that would be rude to answer the phone!! I have 2 photographs of Romona and another assistant, both behind till 1 and till 2!!! So
