Equested cancellation of order not done

Hi there. I wanted to setup a website, 6218135413 reference, but there was no option to debit my account and I do not have a credit card. I tried to setup through payfast but that's a whole other affair as I am with capitec and its just too complicated for me so after struggling to make online payment I realized this is not worth my while and I sent an email with the reference number requesting the order for a site be cancelled as I cannot utilize payment options. now I receive notifications my payment is overdue. note I have not utilized the web services at all so how can I be charged for it? contract law allows a cooling off period anyways and I am no longer interested in domaincheap at all so kindly cancel the order as requested via email dated 12 octobe
