What is the point of hello pete

Hi, I have made numerous complaints on hello peter
a cell phone account was opened in my name, mtn has phoned me back and said they investigating- initially after the report- nil feedback post that. I have checked my credit report and it now says that i have been handed over to a lawyer by mtn- when mtn has registered my case as a case and froze my account- it is now affecting my credit history- it shows no communication on mtns side and I dont see the point of hello peter: because it doesn't seem as if mtn is really worried about the complaint. Not sure what to do.
mtn still owes me over 600 rand and a cleared credit report on their side.
