TERRIBLE SERVICE

We went in to get a contract, we were told the wrong information and ended up walking out. A day of running around to get the correct things in order, we were told they would keep us a black samsung phone. They promised. So we returned and started the process. To get told "oh they sold it". The "manager", I think it was had a terrible attitude. So no sale for them. Is this an indication of all Cell C stores?
