"No mam, you have to first pay three consecutive months before we can upgrade you." What!!! What have I been doing the last 10 years? We as a family have been in a horrendous car accident and being in and out of hospitals and rehabs since Feb, it was extremely difficult keeping up with all the admin but I still paid my account EVERY month. I should have already upgraded in May but only got time for this now and to my absolute shock I can not upgrade due to the fact that my direct debits went back BUT I still paid. This is what you get by being with a company for 10 years, just asking nicely for a little bit of understanding from their side for very unusual circumstances but that does not matter because at big companies you will always just stay another number!!! No more personal service, all as per the system and that is what you fight against, the system - not the person on the other side of the line. Well done...
