I'm soooooo disappointed with MTN service. I had 2G contract with MTN and few month back used to run out of bundle and when i call the call centre they will tell me that my bundles are finished and NOW

MONTH BACK MTN SEND ME A STATEMENTS WITH OVER AND ABOVE OF WHAT I'M SUPPOSE TO PAY FOR MY 2G AND WHEN I ASK WHY THE CALL CENTER NOW TELLING ME I'M IN A OPEN CONTRACT THAT IF DAT FINISHED I CAN STILL GO ON AND USE. and I don't understand because on only used 2G on the 14 when my new bundles were loaded since I was on 0bundle and on the 14th in the morning i use all my 2g and MTN supposed to take from that then giving me a balance of 2G after.

Times are tough we all don't have money and we can't pay for your companies mistake and if your system fail to update then don't make that my fault but you should learn from that and fix your systems the coming with excuses after that we in an open contract.. As we speak I don't have data bundle and I can't access internet.
