I have had the great pleasure of dealing with Ramokgadi from 8ta! What a pleasant experience. I had placed a previous complaint against 8ta regarding my account - i recieved no joy and took the matter to the ombudsman :( however i recieved a call this morning from Ramokgadi and advised that he will be sorting the issue out and guess what in 1 HOUR the matter is resolved!!! WOW this is service at its best! WELL DONE RAMOKGADI!!! I wish all 8ta staff could be as efficient as you are! Well actually all service provider staff could take a note out of your book when it comes to keeping a promise to a client and providing them with answers! I am so pleased and you have retained me as a client! 8ta should give you a raise! Congrats buddy :) PS: I couldnt convert the old complaint into a compliment - sorry about that.
