I have been a loyal customer of MTN since I got my 1st cellphone many years ago. I did my upgrade around Feb this year and ever since has returned to the store on more than 1 occasion to complain:
1. I was not receiving any e-mails and message, Response: Sorry MTN network down today.(that I can understand)
2. A delay in receiving messages and constantly have to reboot. Never has a problem with my previous blackberry. They suggest I get a new sim card as the one I have is the one that I received since inception. What annoys me is that it's at my expense @ R150, Sorry, not getting a penny out of me. You should give it to me for free when you bother to charge me an upgrade fee of over R200 and don't even offer to transfer all my contact and details which I later discovered can be done within store.-Thanks again for nothing!
Your Hyde park store is prepared to take my phone in for repairs (2-7 days). I assume the later is more accurate and they are not prepared to give me a loan phone.
3. Today is the last straw when I don't receive calls, sms's, bb's e-mails even though my phone is on... GRRRRR Rebooted... NOTHING!!!

If you don't sort this out, consider it my last contract.
