Bad attitude and dont assist

Telkom is the worst kind of telecomunication ever. Been over charging me since day one Rude people in cancelations dept just spoke to them and they say depends on how much work they have then they will cancel the account!!!
I will be taking Telkom to court and the NCA about over charging Im done with threats its action time
