I think autopage is playing a delaying tactic here. I have applied for a number porting at MTN over the weekend 12/10/13 and Mtn confirmed yesterday morning everything is in order for the porting to proceed but suddelnly autpage comes and tells MtN the number and account nr we have provided were incorrect.
The details were taken straight from an online statement using the online facility. Now why would Autpage suddenly say we have provided incorrect information? The only answer is to delay and frustrate the client so that he/she will give up trying to leave a bad service provider.
My request is simple please expedite this porting request:
