Waiting 3 weeks for my upgrade

3 weeks ago I upgraded my 2 contracts, and since then I have been waiting for my Hauwei phones, I was told that I will receive the phone's in this week, now I'm being told that its on a back order and that it might take another week I am going to cancel my contracts and go to another supplier if I don't reviecee my phone's this week
