Still referring to my previous complaint...!!! This is honestly one of the cases where it doesn't matter how hard you try to get good service.. aah you just one more client that is unhappy. There is absolutely NO communication from Vodacom Cares side!! Eventho they say "we'll handle it personally and phone you on Monday"(with was yesterday)..so AGAIN you take matters in your own hands and phone them on on Tuesday afternoon... just to get the response, i'll phone you back!?! So FRUSTRATED! I still do not have a new phone this has now been 12 DAYS!! On the verge of canceling my vodacom contract!
