My HTC One X got damaged (fortunately, still under warranty). I dealt with Matthew at the Centurion Mall branch to book the phone in. He was knowledgeable, friendly and (most importantly) efficient.

Booking was done in a few minutes.

Now let's hope that the actual repair work is carried out quickly.
