USELESS NETWORK!!!

I have been a loyal Patron with Cell C for many a year, I have been with them through the toughest of times throughout their transformation phase, but today i am dis-hearted and livid at the level of service i received from the Call Centre as well as the Network in General.

I cannot run my business without the Internet, yet without warning i wake up to have no Data signal, no email, no Internet whatsoever, i had to even switch to a different provider just to write this report.
I called the call centre to find out what the issue is, held on for close to 30mins, just to be told i have to call in after 8 so they can try put me through to the technical department. Sis!! So you cannot go beyond procedures to log a call for them to call me? i am utterly disgusted with you and will ensure i spread the word on all social media sights so the world knows how incompetent you are at customer service as well as the service you claim to provide.
i have lost revenue as a result of your incompetence and i expect compensation! This behaviour as well as incapability is not acceptable!!
i will not tolerate such!!
